Health Service Review, Inc. was founded in 1983 to provide Health Care Cost Management Services in a quality health care environment.  These services have been provided to TPA's, insurance companies and directly to business, industry and public sector employees.  Today, HSR, a privately held corporation, covers 150,000 lives, with employees residing in all 50 states.

Shortly after its inception, HSR launched into its first effort to build cost saving networks for clients.  These efforts continue today, with networks in place from the east coast to locations west of the Mississippi.
